We all, as human beings, yearn to Be Good, Do Good, Spread Good and Feel Good

Welcome to MANOVAHA FOUNDATION

Mano” means emotions and

Vaha” means to carry or channelise.

We all, as human beings, yearn to Be Good, Do Good, Spread Good and Feel Good. Every now and then, such noble emotions surface in us and look for a channel so as to manifest into some real, positive impact. Manovaha Foundation aspires to be that channel, one that carries, nurtures these invaluable emotions into sustainable actions and meaningful change. “Mano” means emotions and “Vaha” means to carry or channelise.

Currently, the foundation focuses on holistic healthcare, primarily through the principles of Ayurveda and alternative medicine, but its long-term goals encompass broader social impact initiatives. Our mission is to bridge the gap between good intentions and their effective, sustainable manifestation. By supporting individuals, NGOs, corporates, and other changemakers, we provide resources, mentorship, and partnerships to bring about meaningful change. We are committed to ensuring that no good emotion or intention goes wasted.

Our Vision

Our vision at Manovaha Foundation is to create a world where human beings, guided by the principles of good health, kindness, and compassion, actively contribute to the greater good, making positive, sustainable changes that benefit humanity, the environment, and the future.

We believe that by empowering individuals, communities, and organizations with the resources, support, and guidance they need, we can foster a culture of holistic well-being—one that integrates physical, emotional, and spiritual health, alongside social empowerment. We envision a future where good intentions are not just ideas, but actionable plans that positively impact lives across the globe.

Through our work, we presently aim to:

● Promote holistic healthcare rooted in traditional, pure, and sustainable practices

● Bridge the gap between intentions and actions, enabling individuals and organizations to manifest their goodwill in meaningful ways

● Empower underrepresented communities, particularly women and the
underprivileged

● Establish sustainable partnerships with like-minded individuals and organizations
committed to social development, equality, and empowerment

Our Mission

At Manovaha Foundation, our mission is two-fold:

1. To make holistic healthcare accessible and sustainable through the integration of Ayurvedic practices, alternative medicine, and mind-body therapies.

2. To create a powerful ecosystem for sustainable social impact, providing individuals, organizations, and corporates the tools, guidance, and resources needed to turn their desire to “do good” into real-world change.

Our core objectives include:

● Educating and empowering individuals to take control of their own well-being through Ayurveda, yoga, and alternative therapies

● Offering a platform for philanthropic collaboration that connects people, NGOs, and corporates, allowing them to work together in making the world a better place.

● Providing mentorship and funding access for grassroots organizations, start-ups, and social enterprises with a vision of lasting impact.

● Building a community where good intentions find direction, support, and sustainability
